Settings, Functions & Help
This course covers three areas of LEAP.
1. The LEAP menu - This menu includes options that will allow you to search for correspondence and transactions and view legal rates. Plus, we will provide an overview of the reports available in LEAP.
2. The application settings page - The application settings page allows you to customise your LEAP datafile by entering information specific to your firm, for example - staff member details, bank account details, general ledger information and your firms preferences relating to matter number format, transaction numbering and more.
3. The different ways to access LEAP's help & support resources and how to contact our Helpdesk for assistance.
